Sea cadet corps for schoolchildren

Visakhapatnam: Admissions into the Sea Cadet Corps, Visakhapatnam unit, are invited for schoolchildren (boys and girls), who are fluent in English, between the age group of 10 to 12 years (born between 1 August 2010 and 31 July 2012), and studying in classes 5, 6 and 7.

Application forms will be available at INS Circars, Command Swimming Pool, on Sunday 31 July 2022 from 8 am to 2 pm. The candidates need to submit a valid Photo ID Proof, Study Certificate, Date of birth, and Aadhaar card while collecting the application forms. Multiple tests will be held on August 21 for selecting suitable candidates. The training batch for the 2022 Batch will commence on 04 Sept.

Training includes squad drill, rifle drill, rifle shooting, swimming, boat pulling, band, semaphore, rigging, seamanship every Sunday.
