Karthi to don triple role in his forthcoming movie 'Kashmora'

If Suriya essays a triple role in his upcoming sci-fi thriller 24 under Vikram Kumar’s direction, his younger brother Karthi is not far behind.  We hear that the Madras star will don a triple role in his forthcoming movie Kashmora. Suriya justifies by saying, “I don’t seek double or triple roles! It is the script that warrants it. In fact, there was a time when I wanted to stop playing dual roles. But Masss came my way, and again, it was Vikram Kumar’s story that needed more than two roles.”

However, Karthi seems to be a bit guarded in spilling the beans.  Kashmora means a ‘deadly spirit’, and some say it refers to an outlandish person. Karthi agrees that the film belongs to a different genre and has many twists and turns. There’s a historical segment in it too, for which he sports a new look. Though he admits that he plays more than a single role, our close sources inform us that he is portraying three different roles.  A long shooting schedule has been planned on the outskirts of the city soon.
