Death by chocolate
Ingredients
2 cups maida, 1-½ cup sugar, 1-¼ cup choco powder, 1 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt, 1 cup milk infused with 1 tbsp vinegar, ¾ cup of butter or refined oil, Vanilla essence and 2 eggs
Method
Take a capacious bowl and mix choco powder, baking powder, maida and sugar together. Add 3/4th cup oil or refined butter and half cup of vinegar-infused milk.
Blend well until uniform.
Once a thick paste is formed, add two eggs to the batter. Pour batter in a well-oiled microwavable bowl and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Layer cake with one scoop of vanilla ice cream. You might additionally sprinkle raisins and pomegranates for enhanced flavour. Finish off by adding Hershey’s Chocolate syrup.
