HYDERABAD: Step into a world of rich culinary heritage at the 'Gharana-E-Pashtoon' food festival, a unique celebration of North West Frontier cuisine at the Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel. Curated by the renowned Chef, food critic, and culinary historian Osama Jalali, this festival is on from June 17 and will go on till 23, at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, Feast.

Chef Osama Jalali, along with his wife, Chef Nazia Khan, will be showcasing their expertise in authentic and traditional dishes, reviving the forgotten aromas and flavours of the North West Frontier Province.

 

Guests can feast on a huge array of delectable dishes such as Chapli Kebab, Memoni Biryani, Kunna Gosht, Namak Boti, and Koyla Kadhai, all known for their aromatic spices and intricate cooking techniques. What one can call authentic! Through this exclusive 7-day event, chef Osama Jalali is paying tributes to the rich cultural legacy and storied culinary history of the North West Frontier region.
