For vegetarians, highlights like Karivepaku Paneer and Palleturi Mushroom Vepudu bring the depth of regional spices and flavors to the fore. Main courses include Telangana classics such as Pachi Pulusu with Mudda Pappu, Mulakada Mamsam, and the soul-warming Talakaya Kura.
