Hyderabad: Tansen, a fine-dining restaurant celebrating the North-Western Frontier's culinary heritage, has launched its exclusive winter menu, Sardi Ke Rang, Tansen Ke Sang. Curated by Chef Gagan Deep Singh, the menu promises a symphony of seasonal flavors and warm hospitality paired with classical music, creating an unforgettable experience for food lovers in the city.

The showcase highlights fresh winter produce and aromatic spices, transforming the season's charm into a culinary journey. Signature starters include vegetarian delights like Lahori Paneer Tikka and Urad Dal Ki Shami, alongside non-vegetarian options such as Gilafi Seekh Kebab and Basil Fish Tikka. Comforting soups like Murgh Badami Shorba and Makai Aur Khumbh Ka Shorba set the tone for a flavorful feast.

Main courses feature Sarso Ka Saag and Methi Matar Malai for vegetarians, while non-vegetarian dishes like Dum Ka Murgh and Sarson Wali Machhi take center stage. Artisanal breads, including Makai Ki Roti and Chilly Cheese Kulcha, complement these robust flavors. Dessert options like Beetroot Halwa and Seviyan Ka Muzafar round off the meal with a touch of sweetness.




Speaking about the launch, Amar Ohri, owner of Ohri’s Group, said, “We’re delighted to offer an exquisite dining experience that reflects the season’s warmth and the North-Western Frontier’s rich culinary traditions.”

Chef Gagan Deep Singh emphasized the harmony of flavors and melodies, stating, “Winter’s hearty spices and serene classical music create a dining experience that warms both the palate and the soul.”

Neeraj Roy, General Manager, highlighted the attention to ambiance, “Every dish is enhanced by Tansen’s serene classical music, making every moment a celebration of taste and tradition.”

For beverage enthusiasts, Sahil Malhotra, Beverage Operations Manager, unveiled a limited-edition cocktail menu crafted to complement the winter offerings, ensuring a well-rounded and luxurious dining experience.

With tranquil water features, live Sufi music, and Mughal-inspired decor, Tansen invites guests to immerse themselves in a feast for the senses, celebrating winter’s charm through food and melody.
