Dr Santosh G tops Stanford University's list of ophthalmology researchers

Hyderabad: Among them, Dr Santosh G. Honavar, director of ophthalmic plastic surgery and ocular oncology at the Centre for Sight Eye Hospital, Hyderabad, has topped Stanford University’s list of ophthalmology researchers for the fourth consecutive year in India. Dr Honavar, globally acknowledged for his expertise in treating eye cancers, also ranks second globally for his lifetime contributions to the field. Dr. Honavar is one of 27 Indian ophthalmologists recognised for their career-long impact.
