Hyderabad: Ten organs were harvested in the first week of November from three brain-dead patients. 70-year-old Tipparaju Anand Rao had internal bleeding and was declared brain dead. Three organs were harvested after his wife gave her consent. 

29-nine-year old Nagaraju worked in a private company in Warangal district. His bike skidded in front of his home leading to head injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital and then shifted to Yashoda Hospital where he was declared brain-dead.  Five organs—two kidneys, a liver and two corneas were harvested with the consent of his wife. Two organs were taken from 47-year-old C. H. Padmaja who suffered head injuries when a bike rammed into her outside her house. Her son agreed to donate her organs.
