Experts warn men against sticker to seal their penis shut before sex
Experts are concerned whether the product is actually effective or even safe for use.
Contraception is a major priority for couples at a time when people are having more sex and also have access to more partners. While hormonal contraception and a switch that allows people to prevent ejaculation may be available soon, some disturbing trends are also taking over.
A bizarre new product in the market is actually enabling men to seal their penis shut before sex to protect their member and prevent anything from coming out. But experts are worried about the sticker called Jifitip since they aren’t sure if it is effective or safe for use.
While the firm says that the product is only to be used for pleasure and convenience, the slogan used to sell it is “Feel your partner, Feel Freedom, Feel Safe” and this has experts worried. Meanwhile they note that the development of the product began in a bid to avoid condoms.
The sticker is supposed to bond to the skin and the site marketing it says that it can allow men to “enjoy real sex”.
