When the White House released the official portraits of President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence on Tuesday (which was Halloween Day) they probably didn't think it would result in memes.

The portraits of the smiling men were released more than nine months after they took office as it seems Trump was waiting for the Oval Office renovation to be completed (which is where the portrait was take).
The photographs will be distributed throughout the country to federal buildings.
