Video: Magic trick goes disastrously wrong on live TV

A magic trick demonstration ended rather painfully for one unfortunate show host when she got injured while volunteering during a magic performance on live TV. The magician, who reportedly was a semi-finalist on Poland’s Got Talent, had performed the trick perfectly numerous times in the past before the fiasco.

A video shows him taking the presenter’s hand and smashing it down onto three paper bags – one of which contains a nail. Shockingly, as they get to the first bag itself, the nail ends up straight through the poor woman’s hand. She is then seen dropping to the floor and screaming in agony with the nail sticking out of her hand.

The host, known as Rogalska, was later admitted to the hospital where she was treated with antibiotics. She later gave a statement thanking fans for their support and that she was doing well, according to Uproxx.
