Husband planted thousands of flowers for two years for his blind wife

When Mrs. Kuroki lost her eyesight and began withdrawing from family and friends, her loving husband resolved to bring her smile back no matter what. He spent two years planting a carpet of scented pink flowers outside their house so that she could enjoy their scent whenever she went out.

Mr. And Mrs. Kuroki had married in Japan in the year 1956 and enjoyed a happy family life for thirty long years before Mrs. Kuroki lost her eyesight due to diabetic complications at the age of 52, according to RocketNews24.

Saddened by Mrs. Kuroki’s increasing self-imposed isolation, her husband plotted an ingenious plan to get friends and family to visit her each day. He than began planting pink shibazakura flowers outside their house over the two years.
