An 11-year-old boy with learning difficulties was pleasantly surprised after his school sent him an encouraging letter despite the fact that he couldn’t clear his exams. Ben Twist, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of five, had recently sat for a series of tests but was unable to pass them.
