The original song was sung by Kumar Sanu and recently even Honey Singh released his own cover of the same song in 2015.
His song was on the top music chart for weeks and featured Sonam Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan in the video.
But this Sanskrit cover is kind of cool and the song has just gone viral.
According to a media report, Jha said, "I came upon the idea in class. A student wanted to know if Sanskrit dealt only with old stories and shlokas. I told him there were songs as well. The kid then challenged me to render a Sanskrit version of the recently released song Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi by Honey Singh. I translated the entire song in the class."
