Mother's Facebook post with child lying by her side at work goes viral

Women are joining the workforce and achieving success across the country as a welcome sign of change, but working women still face a lot of issues which the administration needs to address.

Working mothers definitely have a lot of responsibilities and hence they face a lot of dilemmas, just like Swati Chitalkar from Pune did when her son was suffering from fever and wasn’t ready to stay with anyone else.

Swati couldn’t take a leave as she had to process an urgent loan, and hence took the feverish child to work where he was lying beside her when his mother was working. Swati shared this picture saying she could manage to fulfill both responsibilities, while addressing minister who “sleep in assembly”.

Swati wrote, “Its not a baby on a floor ,its my heart on the floor.”
