Video: Villagers in Gujarat rescue seven-foot python
Residents spotted the snake near a main road.

Brave villagers in Gujarat rescued a seven-foot python on Monday.
Residents of the Farti Kui village of Dabhoi in Vadodara spotted the snake near a main road, ANI reported.

The forest department was immediately notified to rescue the animal.
"The python was near the road, but bystanders informed us and we rescued it," a forest department official was quoted as saying by NDTV.
Luckily no one was injured or hurt during the rescue mission. It was also reportedly released back into the wild.
