Taste of Kerala in college food fest

The Department of  Hotel & Catering Management, Asan Memorial College of Art & Science, Jaladampet, Pallikaranai, conducted their food festival named ‘KL14-1956’, a Kerala based theme in their campus where some unique blend of flavours and around 46 food preparations found in Kerala were displayed. It was a platform for final year students to come up with their culinary skills coupled with the food, décor, ambience, entertainment and costumes matched with the theme of Kerala.

Authentic dishes from regional cuisine, a few delicacies like Chatti Pathiri, Kozhi Ada, Chemeen Nei Choru, Thalaserry Fish Biriyani, Mutta Roast, Kannur Kozhi Roast, Meen Mulakittathu, Pindi Thoran, Mulakooshyam, Kumbilappam and Gothambu Pradhaman were served at the festival while entertainment events like Kalari, cinematic dances and songs were performed by the B.Sc. students.
