21-round Counting in Guntur West

Vijayawada: Guntur West returning officer K. Rajyalakshmi announced that counting of votes in the constituency will be spread over 21 rounds at the counting centre located at the Acharya Nagarjuna University on June 4. Reviewing the arrangement for counting the votes polled in the Guntur West constituency at a meeting with officials on Thursday, she asked officials to thoroughly familiarise themselves with the vote counting procedures. The RO asked officials to set up a cellphone deposit counter at the counting centre, as mobiles will not be allowed inside the counting centre.
