Republic Day Parade: State tableaux showcase their tradition and culture

These tableaux showcased varied themes starting with countrys rich cultural heritage and socio-economic development to nations progress in key areas.

The Assam tableau showcased the local people of Assam engaged in celebration of their important festival in the backdrop of a typical hut in an Assamese village.
The tableau of Madhya Pradesh presented a model of this rare breed of White Tiger in wilderness, along with some tourists enjoying the flora and fauna in the natural habitat of the state.
The tableau of Jammu and Kashmir depicted rural development through technology and economic activities, besides making the villages clean and green.
