Power sector meet fails to decide on division of staff among Telangana, AP

Hyderabad: The crucial meeting to decide the division of employees working in power sector (Genco, Transco and Discoms) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh remained inconclusive for the second time with officials of both the States sticking to their stand.

While the Telangana power sector official said the division should be based on nativity, their counterparts from Andhra Pradesh maintained that it should be as per Reorganisation Act guidelines.
