CM Jagan Returning from London Today, Confident of Winning Elections

Vijayawada: Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed his confidence that the YSRC government would continue in power for another five years with people’s support. Jagan Reddy Mohan is returning from his London tour along with his family members on Friday.

In a statement, the CM recalled that the YSRC came to power five years ago with the blessings of the almighty and the historical verdict of the AP public.

He assumed charge as CM on June 30, 2019, after the YSRC won 151 Assembly and 22 Lok Sabha seats. Marking five years of completion of the YSRC government, Jagan took to X (Twitter) on Thursday.

Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “By the grace of God and the historic verdict of the people, our party came to power five years ago. It has done good work for every family irrespective of caste, religion, region and politics. With the blessings of all the people, our next government will continue this good work and take more steps towards comprehensive development of the state.”

State Planning Board vice-chairman and YSRC MLA, Malladi Vishnu, said Jagan Mohan Reddy’s rule was a golden chapter in the state's history. He claimed that only Jagan Mohan Reddy has the honour of releasing the welfare calendar every year and directly depositing the cash in the beneficiaries' accounts on the said date.
