Mumbai: Man tries to board moving train, crushed to death

Mumbai: A 43-year-old man, attempting to board a moving train, succumbed to his injuries on Sunday after he slipped under the wheels of the train at Dadar station in Mumbai.

The incident was recorded on the CCTV cameras placed on platform 1 of the station.

43-year old Shafiuddin Abdul Ghani was travelling with his family and was trying to board a Kalyan bound local train when he fell off the end of the platform and slipped under the wheels of the train.

Ghani was seen making sure that two women accompanying him boarded the train, before he fell.

A badly injured Ghani was taken to Sion hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The video comes days after another footage went viral on social media where a 55-year-old woman was mutilated at Borivali railway station.
