Hyderabad: The police has served a second notice to the FNCC management regarding the mishap that claimed two lives.
The FNCC secretary and president will have to appear before the investigation officials a second time. Police officials said no arrest has been made so far in the case since the inquiry is going on.
The police had booked a case under Sections 304-A (causing death due to rash or negligent act), 338 (causing grievous injuries due to rash or negligent act) and 337 against president K.S. Rama Rao, secretary B. Rajasekhar Reddy and others.
Police said the two were responsible for supervising the construction.
Two construction workers died and 10 others suffered injuries when a part of the under construction building of the FNCC collapsed at Film Nagar on last Sunday morning.
The workers were placing a huge cement slab on the roof of the first floor when the front part of the building came down.
