Visakhapatnam: Lovers commit suicide

Visakhapatnam: Two students (suspected to be lovers) have committed suicide in a mango orchard by consuming harmful chemicals and pesticides at Kinthali area under Ponduru police station limits in Srikakulam district on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as A. Pawan Kumar and M. Renuka, both of whom are 18-years-old and are studying in second year intermediate at Government Junior College.

Sub-Inspector M. Krishna Rao and his team inspected the crime spot and shifted the bodies to RIMS Hospital for post-mortem. The police are yet to ascertain the reasons behind the extreme step of the students. The police have registered a case under Section 174 of the CrPC and an investigation is on.
