Hyderabad: Man Attacks House Owner's Son for Harassing His Wife

 Hyderabad: A man attacked his house owner’s son with a saw for sexually harassing his wife at his house in Muthuswamynagar under Jawaharnagar police station limits.

Police said, Omkar Vishwakarma, on Tuesday night went to the house owner’s son Tulsiram, 22, and all of a sudden attacked him with a cutting saw. Tulsiram suffered severe bleeding injuries and is being treated in a private hospital in the same locality, police said.

Omkar’s wife recently complained to her husband that Tulsiram has been harassing her in his absence. Omkar three days ago had warned Tulsiram not to come to his house and misbehave with his wife but on Tuesday when his wife informed him about Tulsiram of not mending his ways and was insisting to have physical relation, Omkar lost his temper and attacked him, according to police.

The couple are natives of Uttar Pradesh and had moved to the city a few months ago and are working in a private firm, police said. “A case under section 307 (attempt to murder) of the IPC has been registered against Omkar,” Jawaharnagar SHO K. Seetharam said.
