Hyderabad: Call to protect HMDA assets
Following a report in DC about 4,000 acres of HMDA lands stuck in legal hurdles, Mr Chiranjeevulu convened a meeting.

Hyderabad: HMDA commissioner T. Chiranjeevulu told heads of departments to expedite legal issues and ensure that the body’s properties are protected.
Following a report in DC about 4,000 acres of HMDA lands stuck in legal hurdles, Mr Chiranjeevulu convened a meeting.
As of June 3, around 1.500 court cases pertaining to HMDA are pending in courts. The HMDA chief directed heads to submit all documents and proof before courts. He appreciated the efforts of Narsing Goud and Rama Rao of HMDA legal team. He directed the heads to source legal help from outside wherever necessary.
