Thiruvananthapuram: A nursing student was allegedly gangraped by her lover and two friends near Varkala in the district on Tuesday.
The 19-year old girl is now under treatment at the SAT Hospital here. The three accused are absconding.
According to police, the girl accompanied one Shafeer alias Sujith, in an autorickshaw to Kollam on Tuesday morning. Shafeer befriended the girl by hiding his real identity.
