Realtor Complains Against MIM MLA's son

Hyderabad: A case has been registered against Dr Khaja Ahmad Imtiyaz Khan, the son of MIM legislator Mohammed Mumtaz Ahmed Khan under Charminar police station limits.

According to a complaint by realtor Mukheed Chowdary, Gulam Khader Jeelani and Khaja Ahmed Khan were threatening him for the last two years and had forced a halt to his construction works.

When Chowdary was standing near Charminar bus stand on Saturday, the two demanded huge amounts and when he refused, they extorted Rs 12 lakh from him.

A case has been registered against the two under Indian Penal Code sections for putting person in fear of death or of grievous hurt, in order to commit extortion and criminal act is done by several persons in furtherance of common intention. They were also issued a notice under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code.
