Hyderabad Police Raid Illegal Massage Spas, Arrest Five

Hyderabad: West zone task force teams raided two massage spas in Nanalnagar, and arrested four women workers and a customer. Gudimalkapur police said the spas were located in the same.

Both the spas did not maintain CCTV cameras in their premises and did not procure a licence, Gudimalkapur inspector Shaik Mujeeb-Ur- Rehman said. The accused were produced before the court on Saturday.

Police issued notices to the owners of the premises and registered cases against the spa organisers Khalida Begum and Md Arif, who are absconding, Rehman said. “We suspect that the accused are involved in organising illegal activities such as cross=gender massage and prostitution. We are probing all angles,” the inspector said.
