Bengaluru shootout: Police grill MLA's aide

Bengaluru: The police, probing the shooting case in which APMC president Kadabagere Seena was injured, questioned a realtor, who is said to be close to Yelahanka MLA S.R. Vishwanath. The police said that Satish, a resident of Nagashettihalli, is also into real estate business.
On Saturday, he and his friend Rohith were arrested by the police in connection with a complaint filed by a businessman. The complainant had alleged that the Satish was making threat calls to him. Satish and Rohith were sent to judicial custody.
"As investigations in the shooting case revealed that Satish had a dispute with Seena over a land a few months ago, he was questioned in connection with it. As of now, we have not found his involvement in the case. Similarly, a few other prison inmates were also questioned. There is no breakthrough as such in the case," an official said.
