Molestation case: Susheel says case false, blames his father's political adversaries

Hyderabad: Based on that, the police registered a case under Section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to outrage the modesty of a woman) and started investigations.

He said the police established that the other person was Susheel. He said that while Ramesh drove the car, Susheel was behind. Following this, charges under CrPC Amendment Act 2013 were added and notices were served on the duo. After they surrendered they were arrested and sent for medical tests.

The DCP said that on Friday, police received information about a fight on Banjara Hills Road No: 13. They rushed to the spot and found a person injured.

“The crowd had dispersed and the injured man was taken to hospital and the car was shifted to the police station,” he said.

Susheel said that unable to take on his father his opponents had implicated him in a false case.
