Tamil Nadu: Boy thrashed by teacher, admitted to hospital

The police are yet to register a case against the private teacher for the incident.

A case of attempt to murder, causing hurt and criminal conspiracy has been registered, the police said on Saturday

Dharmapuri: The Dharmapuri town police are yet to register a case against a private school teacher for allegedly beating a seven-year-old boy for not doing his homework. On Thursday, R. Tamilarasan of Kumarasamy pettai and a class two student of a private school in Pidamaneri was admitted to Dharmapuri government medical college and hospital here for injuries. 

The boy was taken to the hospital after his 36-year-old father K.Raja, working in the center for servicing trucks, found bruises on his body while giving bath to him.

The police are yet to register a case against the private teacher for the incident. 
A police officer said that teacher will be arrested if the charge is true.
