Hyderabad: 3 arrested for stealing pet cats

Hyderabad: The Chilkalguda Police on Monday evening arrested three persons for allegedly stealing some pet cats from Warasiguda. They were found to be in possession of six cats, police said. 

The issue came to light when one Sajan, a volunteer of People for Animals, noticed a group of men moving under suspicious circumstances and followed them. He then saw them nab a cat and hide it in a bag they were carrying. 

The cat they stole belonged to the neighbour of Sajan’s friend in the locality.
