Traffic Cop Caught Taking Bribe

Hyderabad: Vikas Kumar Yadav, a constable deputed to the Narayanguda traffic police station, was caught red handed by the Anti-Corruption Bureau while he was taking a bribe from a two-wheeler owner in connection with a drunk driving case.

Yadav was caught receiving the bribe amount of Rs.5,000 at the police station.

ACB officials said that the constable took the bribe after assuring the complainant that he would get the case disposed of with a penalty.
