Video: Unable to overtake vehicle, Chhattisgarh BJP leader's son thrashes bikers
The politician's son and his friends, who were travelling in an SUV, beat up the bikers because they could not overtake them.
Raipur: A video has emerged online of a BJP politician’s son and his friends, who were travelling in an SUV, thrashing two bikers in Chhattisgarh after he allegedly failed to overtake them.
According to a report in NDTV, the thrasher has been identified as Nannu Pawar, the son of BJP politician Manturam Pawar who was earlier with the Congress.
The video, captured on mobile phone camera and later shared on social media, shows Nannu and his friends thrashing the bikers with sticks and also kicking them on the roadside.
They let go of the two bikers after some men, who appear to be passers-by, intervened and requested Nannu’s friends to stop beating them up.
The incident took place on August 15 about km away from Raipur but no case has been registered yet.
