Hyderabad: 2.3 kg gold stolen from drunk driver
Police said Prashanth and his friend got drunk after which Prashant fell unconscious.

Hyderabad: The driver of a Warangal-based jewellery merchant was allegedly robbed of 2.3 kg gold he was carrying in a bag in Monda Market on Thursday. Police said Prashanth and his friend got drunk after which Prashant fell unconscious.
When he recovered on Friday, he found himself at the Uppal bus stop.
The bag containing the gold was missing. His friend was untraceable.
Police said that Prashanth worked as a driver for V. Sampath Kumar who owned BSK Jewellers at Warangal. He had sent Prashanth to Hyderabad to purchase gold jewellery.
