Margadarsi approaches TS High Court

Hyderabad: Margadarsi Chit Funds Private Limited and its managing director Cherukuri Shailaja on Wednesday approached the  Telangana High Court  through their counsel  Vimal Varma Vasireddy  stating that the search operations had commenced by the AP CID at its head office in Hyerabad. They said that  the AP CID officers forcibly entered the premises and are in the process of gaining access to business information of the company not only pertaining to Hyderabad but also pertaining to their operations in other states, which is not permissible.

 As the company came to the High Court on an earlier petition and without filing any interlocutory application, it considered the objection of the Andhra Pradesh government and  suggested that the company come up with filing separate application.
