CISF Apprehends Smugglers at Shamshabad Airport with 931g Gold

Hyderabad: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel at the Shamshabad airport arrested Shaik Khaja Rahematullah and Shaik Jani Basha for smuggling 931 grams of gold concealed in a packet of dry fruits. They had arrived from Riyadh via Muscat, and their behaviour alerted the CISF airport security group. A scan of their belongings showed up the gold.

Unidentified Thief Makes Off with 20 Mobile Phones from Repair Store in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: An unidentified person looted mobile phones from a repair store, KPHB police of the Cyberabad commissionerate said on Sunday. The theft had taken place on Saturday afternoon and came to light on Sunday. CC footage showed the suspect walking into the store holding a backpack and filling it with mobile phones.

Police registered a case and started an investigation. Around 20 mobile phones were stolen. Based on the footage, the police said the suspect could be in his mid 20s and be aware of the store.
