Jalpaiguri: A 15-year-old physically and mentally challenged girl was raped allegedly by her neighbour at Dhupguri in Jalpaiguri district, police said on Wednesday.
The victim was allegedly raped by Kalipada Nandi, 61 on Tuesday. When the girl informed her parents about it, her father lodged an FIR. Nandi was arrested.
