Dancer gang raped in Uttar Pradesh at private party

Lucknow: Eight men, four of them senior officials of a prominent company, have been arrested for the gang rape of a girl dancer in a hotel on the outskirts of Lucknow.

The men had organised a private party and had invited two dancers. The men were in a highly inebriated condition when the girls began dancing. One of the men tried pulling one of the dancers but she resisted and was injured. The men raped her by turns. The other dancer managed to flee and informed the police.
