Bengaluru: Jilted lover turned murderer arrested
The police said that Girish was already married and has two children.

Bengaluru: The jilted lover Girish who had murdered Shobha (25), a postgraduate, after she refused his marriage proposal, has been arrested by the Byatarayanapura police.The incident had occurred on April 11 in Deepanjali Nagar. Girish, who is a painter, was absconding after repeatedly stabbing Shobha at her house.
The police said that Girish was already married and has two children. His family lives in Tumakuru. Girish and Shobha knew each other for around three years. Girish was allegedly forcing Shobha to marry him, but she was not willing.
