TTD chairman booked for trespass, public mischief
They also allegedly threatened the workers and officers with dire consequences before leaving.
Tirupati: Following a complaint filed by Prudential Sugar Corporation, located at Nindra in Chittoor district, the police registered an FIR against TTD chairman Chadalawada Krishnamurthy along with his aide Jayaramaiah and 30 others under IPC Sections 448 and 505 read with 34 on Wednesday. These provisions relate to house trespass and creating public mischief.
According to the complaint filed by Mr V.S.R. Prasad, AGM-HR of Prudential Sugar Corporation, on August 13, Mr Krishnamurthy, along with Mr Jayaramaiah and 30 others came to the gates of the factory and employees’ quarters and forcibly opened them by threatening security guards and went to the guesthouse. They also allegedly threatened the workers and officers with dire consequences before leaving.
Later on the same day, Mr Krishnamurthy and his men broke the gates of the employees’ residential quarters and entered the factory premises again and threatened the workers and officers.
On the same day, Mr Prasad filed a complaint with the police against the TTD chairman and his followers for trespassing and disturbing the harmony of the factory. After taking legal advise, the police registered an FIR on Wednesday.
