Thrissur: The west police here  has registered a case against Muhammed Nisam,   life convict in the  Chandrabose murder case, for making abusive  calls to Mr P. A similar case was registered against him in October last year for making threat calls to his siblings Abdul Rasak and Abdul Nizar. West CI  J.  Mathew told DC, “whether  the threat call was made with the permission of the Kannur central jail authorities or through unauthorised means will be found out in the  course of investigation by the SI.”

Meanwhile, the cashier of Nisam’s beedi  firm office at Muttichoor  filed another complaint against him on Friday alleging that during the latter’s visit to Kannur central jail recently, Nisam had spit on him and threatened to kill him. “The complaint was  filed with the rural police,” said cashier Kaja Moideen. Nisam had filed complaints with Thrissur  west, Anthikad and Vadanappilly police stations through registered posts with the permission of Kannur jail superintendent alleging that his brothers, Rasak, Nizar and business partner Basheer were taking away all his wealth and that his businesses was  in loss. Nisam also alleged that Nizar and Basheer had threatened his kids after Nisam questioned them about  their luxurious life by taking  money from his business firms.
