Telangana: Jobless youth grabs live wire to end life
A 23-year-old B.Tech dropout ended his life by touching live wires of an electrical transformer in Nizamabad.
Nizamabad: Depressed over unemployment and financial problems, a 23-year-old B.Tech dropout ended his life by touching live wires of an electrical transformer in Nizamabad. The victim was identified as Gundaji Harish of Binola village in Navipet mandal who was staying near Nyalkal road.
Harish had dropped out from his B.Tech course due to financial problems. He had tried to get a job in various firms but in vain. Depressed over this, he had attempted suicide 10 days ago by consuming pills. At that time, his family members rescued him by shifting to hospital. Reportedly, Harish disappeared from home on Monday midnight and was found dead on electrical transformer near Nyalkal cross roads in the town. Passersby noticed the body and alerted the police. V Town SI T. Srihari rushed to the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem.
