Hyderabad: ACB arrests auditor for bribery

The official, M. Rajyalakshmi, allegedly took bribes from a primary school headmaster.

Hyderabad: ACB sleuths arrested an auditor of the Pay Accounts Office in Abids on Monday. The official, M. Rajyalakshmi, allegedly took bribes from a primary school headmaster. ACB said that Rajyalakshmi had asked for '2,000 to process the medical reimbursement bill of the HM’s mother.

Following a complaint from headmaster Md. Zameer Ahmed, ACB laid a trap for the auditor and caught her red handed inside her office. The ACB also recovered the money from her. Ahmed is the headmaster of the Government Primary School in Ibrahimbagh. ACB booked a case against Rajyalakshmi.
