Hyderabad: 3 arrested for power theft

Hyderabad:Three persons were arrested on charge of power theft on Monday by the Sleuths of TSSPDCL Vigilance and Anti-power theft Squad-II Central Circle station Hyderabad. The police has identified the accused as S. Ravi,37, Manthri Arun Kumar,36, J. Sai Kumar,28, residents of Abids, Hyderabad, 

According to the police they were involved in power theft cases by direct tapping from the line for the second time. 

The police have booked the case under section 135 of the Electricity Act 2003 of Vigilance & APTS Team-II Police Station, Hyderabad Central Circle.
