IIITIAN, gamer loses followers, dies by suicide

Hyderabad: A 21-year-old IIIT student, an avid gamer, is alleged to have ended his life by suicide due to the falling number of subscribers to his YouTube channel on gaming.

His body was found in a pool of blood on the ground floor of his apartment building on Thursday morning, around 5.20 am.

The student was identified as C. Dheena, who was home to prepare for his final-year engineering exams, the police said.
