Mansoor Khan faces Interpol Blue Corner Notice
In case of IMA and Mansoor, only FIRs have been registered and the investigation is still in the preliminary stage.
BENGALURU: The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) has issued a Blue Corner Notice (BCN) against the absconding MD of I Monetory Advisory (IMA) Mohammad Mansoor Khan who after cheating over 50,000 investors is hiding out in Dubai. Now, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the multi-crore investment scam running into over 2,000 crore rupees, could only know Mansoor Khan's location, get information about him but could not arrest him.
According to sources, the Red Corner Notice (RCN) which the police talked about earlier cannot be issued in this case and RCN could only be issued if the chargesheet has been filed.

The SIT have managed to impound Mansoor Khan's passport from the Regional Passport office on Saturday. The impounding of passport now will prevent Mansoor Khan from flying to other countries from the place he is currently in, using an Indian passport.
The SIT sleuths conducted raids at the houses of the four board of directors Shadab Ahmad (28), Israr Ahmad (32), Faisal Ahmad (30), Mohammad Idrees (30) and Usman Tabrez (33), who were arrested on Thursday. The officials have seized documents and laptops from their houses which are being examined Earlier, seven board of directors of IMA group Nasir Hussain, Naveed Ahmed Nattamkar, Nizammuddin Azeemuddin, Wasim Arshad Khan, Afsar Pasah and Dadapeer had surrendered before the Commercial Street police while the the police had detained IMA's auditor Iqbal Khan for interrogation.
