Hyderabad: 3 die as bus rams into 3 vehicles

Hyderabad: An engineering college bus lost control and rammed into three vehicles resulting in three deaths on Saturday evening under the KPHB police station limits.
The deceased have been identified as a couple named Aravind, 24, and Anantha Laxmi, 23.
Another 32-year-old Yesub also died as the bus has rammed into his two wheeler also.
Others who got injured have been identified as Vijaya Laxmi, 38, Dayakar Reddy, 55, and Kotaiah, 50.
According to the police, the accident occurred around 5 pm near Nagarjuna homes, Nizampet road on Saturday evening.
The deceased couple Aravind and Anantha Laxmi had recently got married. Both of them had come to Aravind’s father house in KPHB.
KPHB inspector of police S. Laxmi Narayana said, “The Engineering college bus of Narasimha engineering college rammed the two wheeler in which a couple was travelling. The husband who was riding the bus vehicle died at the spot as the bus ran over him from rear. While the wife died on her way to the hospital.”
He further added the bus driver fled from the spot. The cops are yet to nab the accused.
The KPHB cops have registered a case under Cection 304(a) and further investigation is underway.
The other three Vijaya laxmi, Dayakar Reddy, and Kotaiah were travelling in an auto-rickshaw.
