Hyderabad: The Miryalaguda police filed a chargesheet in a case involving renegade naxal and gangster Nayeemuddin, at a local court in Nalgonda district on Wednesday.  This is the first chargesheet filed by a probe team following his death in an encounter.

The chargesheet filed at the first class judicial magistrate in Miryalaguda, also names his aunt Sultana, wife Haseena, sister Salima and brother-in-law Md Sadik as accused. All of them had helped Nayeem to extort people, land deals, human trafficking and other illegal activities. Meanwhile, Rachakonda police detained Nayeem’s associate Sama Sanjeeva Reddy, 49, for alleged involvement in land grabbing.
